Jeffrey Yin is a proven innovator and leader in the information technology (IT) industry.  Mr. Yin joined MissionFocus to be part of the latest cloud computing technology efforts for the Department of Defense (DOD).  This was no simple task for him.  Mr. Yin had to completely change both his industry and technology set before he could be a viable player in this DOD project. 

Upon joining MissionFocus, Mr. Yin excelled in the distributed computing model.  He is now an expert in the MapReduce programming model.  Mr. Yin is self taught in the Hadoop and Cloudbase technologies.  Mr. Yin continues to create innovative algorithms and MapReduce jobs that are used extensively by the DOD effort.

Prior to joining MissionFocus, Mr. Yin was a technical lead on several J2EE and .Net applications for Chrysler LLC.  Mr. Yin worked as a technical lead on countless teams to develop tools such as an Engine and Transmission Build Work Order System, as well as Automobile Controller Software.  Mr. Yin’s software is still in use by Chrysler, LLC.
