Analytics processing within the Intelligence Community (IC) is a labor intensive process involving terabytes of information globally. Often, this information is disjoined and not immediately assessable. Updated information can be delayed in becoming available to the analyst due to a top heavy ingest process. Rules are applied at information ingest time and tightly bound to the data structures that define the information.
